ITA as part of its e-Governance initiatives has set up the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for the Sultanate of Oman. It is deployed in order to enable online transactions for citizens and to raise the level of security and authenticity of electronic paperwork. To login through Smart Card PKI, you need a Smart ID card and a Smart Card Reader.

• Insert the smart card into the smart card reader.
• Enter the pin number in the popup displayed.
• Authenticated user will be logged in to ePost.

To login through Mobile PKI, you need a PKI enabled SIM card.

• Enter Your Mobile Number
• Enter the PIN Number when prompted.
• Authenticated user will be logged in to ePost.

The users who already own a physical box , to become an ePost user. Visit the nearest ePost enabled post office.
